Rajesh has extensive India & International Legal experience working with Law Firms and General Counsels in India, US, UK, Srilanka, China and APEC Countries.

Rajesh was a Head Managing Attorney at Ironwood’s (Legal Process Outsourcing) division at Colombo, Srilanka and as a Consultant for Eagle Proprietary Investments, Dubai, UAE. Prior to Joining Ironwood at Srilanka, Rajesh headed all of O’Connor & Associate’s (US- Texas, based Firm) delivery center in India as their Associate General Counsel.

Rajesh has held senior corporate legal positions at Bally Technologies Inc (US- Nevada), Clutch Group Legal Solutions (US-Washington D.C), Dhanlaxmi Bank (India-Chennai) and has over 20 years of diverse global legal experience in the domains of International and Indian Litigation, Legal Process Outsourcing, Real Estate, Mortgage, Debt Recovery, Banking and Gaming Sectors. Rajesh started his legal career as complex civil and criminal litigation attorney in multi-jurisdictional private practice.
