Education

Holder of a Diploma degree in International Disputes Resolution (ADR), specialized in International Commercial Arbitration, in addition to being certified from prominent London based institutions in Oil & Gas and Fidic contracts. He continues attending numerous international conferences in various legal areas.

Experience

For over 20 years, he has been advising clients in the MENA region in the fields of Business and Corporate law, Banking Law, Telecommunication Law, Insurance Law, and international commercial arbitration.

He has extensive experience in handling litigation cases in his field of specialty before domestic courts in addition to handling Arbitration cases both Ad hoc and those administered by international arbitration institutions. He has sat as member of an arbitration tribunal in numerous arbitration cases (he acted as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and president of tribunal). He is listed as an arbitrator with the following arbitration institutions: DIFC- LCIA, the Lebanese and International Arbitration Centre at Beirut Bar Association (LIAC-BBA), Lebanese Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon (LAMC).
