Experience

providing legal advice for business setup, bankruptcy, liquidation.;

represents clients in law proceedings (criminal, labor, enforcement, etc., administrative and other proceedings at the courts of all levels, state institutions, arbitration, as well as before legal entities;

Supporting the team leader in the implementation of big project activities, in addition he is
representing governments / the Council of Ministries, especially in the area of legal analyses and legislation on Enforcement procedures and legal regulation and complex drafting.
He has represented clients of a high caliber in the European Union in various areas, he is knowledgeable and has outstanding professionalism in a broad range of legal matters.
He has continuous publications in Financial Institutions of EU – European Investment Bank, Investment Fund- business magazine Prizma.
